August 9th, 2020 Service - Venerable Dr. John Course

As you should already know, our twelve-week seasonal Sunday Worship Service Program for 2020 (June 21st through September 6th), is currently suspended until further notice do to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This Sunday, August 9th, our service was to be celebrated with Venerable Dr. John Course, Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Fonthill, Ontario.

The Venerable Dr. John Course is in his forty-first year of ordained ministry in the Anglican Diocese of Niagara where he has served as rector in four of its parishes.

He has a PhD in Ancient Near-Eastern Language and Literature and has taught the introductory course to the Old Testament at Trinity College, Toronto.  He is currently the Archdeacon of Brock and rector of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Fonthill, Ontario on a part-time basis.

His outside interests include downhill skiing, golf, and woodworking.

John has graciously prepared a video of his homily entitled 'God Will Never Give Up on You' for the Friends of the Holloway Memorial Chapel to view virtually in their home as we are all practicing social distancing and cannot meet in person.

Thank you so much Dr. John Course!
